Phil Lenger has been a project manager for Land & Homes, Inc. for the passed fourteen years. He has been in charge of building over 200 + homes ranging from 900 to 5,500 sq. ft. He oversees every aspect of the construction process while also being involved with design and site planning.

His dedication to customer satisfaction is always his aim "ready to please" attitude which gives the client confidence and assurance that the job will be well done.
